Return Policy

1. Conditions for Returns:

  • Product with Manufacturer’s Defects: If the watch has any technical or manufacturing defects, customers can return or exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Product Damaged During Shipping: If the product is damaged during shipping, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item to arrange for a return or exchange.
  • Product Not as Ordered: If the received product does not match the ordered model, color, or specifications, customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days.

2. Conditions for Eligibility:

  • The product must remain intact, unused, and show no signs of impact, scratches, or disassembly.
  • The product must include all original packaging, accessories (if any), tags, and warranty cards.
  • Customers need to provide a purchase invoice or delivery note to verify the order details.

3. Return and Exchange Process:

  • Customers should contact our customer service department via hotline, email, or in person at our store to notify us of the return or exchange request.
  • Once the request is received, we will guide the customer on how to return the product to the store or company warehouse.
  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will inform the customer of the result and proceed with either an exchange for a new product or a refund (if applicable).

4. Return and Exchange Costs:

  • For cases involving technical defects, shipping damage, or errors on our part, the return and shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • For cases where customers wish to exchange the product for personal reasons (e.g., dislike of color, model, etc.), the customer will bear the shipping costs and any additional fees (if applicable).

5. Refund or Exchange Processing Time:

  • The processing time for returns and refunds is estimated to be 7-14 working days from the date we receive the returned product.
  • For refund transactions, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method or by bank transfer as agreed upon with the customer.
